1. Inquiry
After agreeing to the terms in the offer letter, the payment process will be initiated where our sales agent will share the most appropriate and workable payment method. Once a deposit is made, an agreement will be drafted and shared as a soft copy. A receipt of payment will also be shared, accompanied by a payment schedule which defines how and when you should make payments, if paying via installments
2. Info
Our team will share images and other relevant information on the project you are interested in. A map of the project will also be shared to help you decide on the project you wish to invest in.
3. Selection
You get to choose the desired plot or plots. The sales agent will then share a digital copy of a letter of offer drafted by our legal department.
4. Payment Process
After agreeing to the terms in the offer letter, the payment process will be initiated where our sales agent will share the most appropriate and workable payment method. Once a deposit is made, an agreement will be drafted and shared as a soft copy. A receipt of payment will also be shared, accompanied by a payment schedule which defines how and when you should make payments, if paying via installments
5. Client Documents
Once payment is completed, we request our clients to share the required documents to initiate the title deed transfer process. These documents are a copy of the National Identification Card, a copy of the KRA pin and 3 passport size photos. Once these documents are submitted, the title deed transfer process is initiated.
6. Title Issuance
The title deed is issued to our clients, and they become part of our happy investors.
